The Habit Tracker app provides habit tracking, productivity tools, and personalized experiences to help users build consistency and achieve their goals.

Users must be at least 13 years old to access and use the app. If you are under 13, you may not use the app.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Some features of the app may require you to create a user account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

The app may allow you to submit content such as comments, reviews, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting, you grant Habit Tracker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content.

You agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others.

You may not use the app to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property used in the app are owned by or licensed to Habit Tracker.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

The app is provided "as is" and Habit Tracker makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for any content provided by third parties.

Habit Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold Habit Tracker, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Habit Tracker operates.

Habit Tracker reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the app.

Some features of the app are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Subscriptions"), available as Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans. Subscription length and price are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase and may vary by region and promotional offer.

Your Subscription automatically renews for the same length and price you selected unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your Subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time from your Account Settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) — cancellation cannot be processed within the app itself.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a Subscription.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their own refund policies; Habit Tracker does not process subscription payments or refunds directly.
