Welcome to the "Habit Tracker" app, which provides a platform for users to track their daily habits, build consistency, and achieve their goals. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of data we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect your information.
Personal Information: When you register or log in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
Habit Data: We collect information about the habits you create, track, and complete within the app. This includes habit names, completion dates, streaks, reminder settings, and progress data to help you visualize your journey and stay motivated.
Lifestyle Tracking (optional): Some built-in habits let you track lifestyle information such as cigarettes smoked, alcoholic drinks, caffeine intake, screen time, meditation minutes, and breathing exercises, if you choose to use them.
Camera & Photos: If you choose to set a profile picture, we access your camera or photo library only for that purpose.
Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the app, including the device model, operating system, app usage, crash reports, and unique device identifiers.
Advertising Identifier: With your permission (on iOS, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), we and our advertising partners use your device's advertising identifier to show and measure ads.
To Provide Services: We use the collected data to track your habits, display your progress, provide insights into your habit completion, and help you build consistency in your daily routine.
Account Management: Your personal information is used to manage your account, including logging in, personalizing your experience, and providing customer support.

Advertising: To show and measure ads through Google AdMob, where you have given permission.

Microsoft Clarity: Session analytics to help us understand how the app is used.

We retain your personal and habit data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your account and profile information (name, email, credentials) within 30 days. Your habit and lifestyle tracking history is not currently deleted as part of that process and may remain in our systems, no longer linked to your identity, after your account is removed. If you would like this history deleted as well, contact us at support@suratfit.com and we will process your request.
Access and Update Information: You can access and update your personal information within the app.
Data Collection Opt-out: You can manage your data preferences and notification settings within the app. You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Ad Preferences: You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device's ad tracking settings (e.g. Apple's App Tracking Transparency or your Android device's ad settings).

However, it's important to note that we have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services. While we strive to only link to reputable and trustworthy sources,
we cannot guarantee the safety or accuracy of any external sites that may be accessed through our app.

Habit Tracker offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) that unlock premium, ad-free features. All subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment card, bank, or billing details.
To activate and manage your subscription, and to help our support team assist you with billing questions, we receive and store a limited set of subscription information from our subscription-management partner (RevenueCat) and the App Store/Play Store: your subscription plan, status, and expiration/renewal date, along with a transaction identifier. This information is used solely for these purposes.
